are seeking an

OPM Senior PM/Project Director

to manage K-12 Schools, Municipal & Higher Ed construction projects in Boston, MA!This position will be responsible for overseeing assigned projects in the New England area region during all phases of assigned projects. The Director will be responsible for serving as the lead during Business Development meetings or Project Interviews. Prospective candidates should have 10+ years of experience with the MSBA on core program projects and be MCPPO certified.Responsibilities

Develop new opportunities to build a sustainable business backlog.Oversee a team of project managers and projects from pre-interview through close-out phases.Responsible for the overall project delivery and management of Team.Provide project team direction/leadership.Responsible for problem-solving, planning and organizing, and decision-making.Financial responsibility for assigned projects including subcontract administration and invoicing.Manage Client/Public/End User relationships.Identifies training needs and develops and leads training sessions.Participates in Business Development efforts including identifying leads, developing relationships, networking including industry organization involvement.Leads in proposal development for new projects.Providing leadership to direct and indirect reports.Clearly communicating the company mission and goals to employees.Managing staff assignments.Drafting and conducting subordinates’ performance evaluations; discussing salary adjustments.Providing employee coaching and training.Other assigned related duties.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related field preferred.Professional registration (PE, RA, AIA) preferred.15+ years’ experience in the building design/construction, architecture, engineering field, preferred.MCPPO certification required.Experience with MSBA required.OSHA-10 certification required.Additional Information
