In this role, you will be working with our other PMs and our Leasing Agents to manage the relationships between owners and tenants. THIS IS NOT A LEASING POSITION; and it is NOT a "I'm an admin and I don't talk to people" job! It IS a hundred-email, thirty-phone-call, three-mid-lease-check-ins-done-and-I-still-need-to-check-on-renewals-and-meet-the-inspector kind of job. We are a dynamic, fast-paced team. You will have face-to-face relationships with clients, and autonomy in managing your own group of units and your schedule.
We are hard working, professional, and periodically hilarious and we are looking for someone AWESOME to join our team who can be of service to our clients and add to our already great work culture.

Required:- Property Management experience; preferred 3+ years,- comfortable communicating on a variety of levels,- VERY detailed, VERY thorough,- comfortable in a HIGH VOLUME setting!
Bonus:
All the above, and:- confident,- working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook.- Excel spreadsheet experience

Compensation:
