1252 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55403 - Laurel Village ApartmentsBenefits:401(k) MatchFree ParkingPaid Vacation and Sick TimePaid Holidays and Floating HolidaysAffordable Healthcare BenefitsProperty Manager Responsibilities:Resident Relations - resolve conflicts, problem solve and assure that the needs of the Resident are being met while adhering to company and property-specific policies and procedures, using the fair housing standards and by making sound business decisions.Review daily Security Reports and assign lease violation letters as needed.Report significant Resident issues/conflicts, security matters, and significant maintenance issues to the Portfolio Director.Review Rent Roll, Tenant Ledger and Lease Expiration Reports sent from GLMC for accuracy and communicate changes to GLMC Accounting.Accurately code, enter into RealPage, and submit all invoices pertaining to the property to GLMC to be paid.Research problematic payables, including but not limited to, contacting vendors directly to resolve outstanding payable issues.Process all Security Deposit Dispositions by checking final balances and applying cleaning, damage, and other charges, and forwarding them to the GLMC Accounting.Review payroll for all non-exempt team members and forward approved timesheets and Time Off Request forms to the Portfolio Director.In the Portfolio Director's absence, review, approve and submit payroll to GLMC for all site-staff.Maintain current knowledge of apartment floor plans, availability, rates, leasing specials and features.Assist the Portfolio Director in monitoring client files to ensure that the leasing staff is quickly processing the application, has obtained all required lease-related paperwork and scheduled the lease signing.Property Manager Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Residential Property Management (Market Rate Preferred)Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing employees2-year college degree (Associate's)Preferred Qualifications:Experience working at a property with a minimum of 200 unitsExperience working at a Market Rate, Luxury, and/or Downtown propertyExperience working with RealPage software.Working Hours:
