The role will be responsible for managing 4 or more projects (with supervision) with low to moderate complexity through the complete project lifecycle involving functional teams (both domestic and international) focused on the delivery of new or existing programs.

What You’ll Work OnMain Responsibilities:Accountable for clearly defining and managing total project scope; develop and manage project charter and project plan to meet deliverables. Identify key milestones for project status reporting, complete projects on time and within budget constraints.Manage creation and updates of detailed project plans, resource and budget management, schedule management, project risk assessments, and project documentation.Recognize and integrate the broader implications of actions and proposals on the final project outcomes.Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, identifying tasks, creating and tracking project schedule with problem solving methodology; identify problems and work with cross-functional team to resolve them.Drive teams to meet milestones and deliverables established in project planning and agreed upon with senior leadership.Prepare and present data-informed written and oral reports and other presentations to sr. leadership audiences.Under supervision, may create and deliver project review presentation to leadership as necessary.Track and present budget variances and recommend contingency options.Collaborate with representatives from appropriate functional areas across the Division to meet project objectives.Create a work environment that supports team effectiveness.Under supervision, assist with the decision-making process within a cross-functional team.

Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years project management or related experience, including several years of project management experience and success in managing complex organization transformational projects.Advanced knowledge and application of Word and PowerPoint, Teams and virtual event software; superuser-level Excel knowledgeSuccessful experiences working with cross functional groups and executive leadership.Demonstrated experience with PM tools (e.g., Planner, Smartsheets, JIRA, etc.); data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI) strongly preferred.Apply Now* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan. The base pay for this position is $72,700.00 – $145,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
