Organizational Change Management Lead

has overall responsibility for the OCM thread within MedDev Division Programs and establishes the organizational change management work plan across all areas of focus. This includes communications, leadership and stakeholder engagement and action planning, super user and end user training, organizational alignment, design and transition, and capability transfer.Develop and execute organizational change management strategies and approaches.Execution responsibilities for Leadership Alignment.Assessing leadership alignment, defining and executing leadership engagement plans.Conduct stakeholder assessments, and define and execute stakeholder engagement plans.Responsible for Change Impact strategy and execution.Support creation of Program Governance and Communications structure.Work with sites to localize project-related communications.Assist in the development and implementation of organizational transition approaches.Facilitate the capability transfer program to ensure sustainment of new roles and processes.Oversee strategies related to: Super User Program, capability build and proficiency measurement, global training materials localization strategy, End User Training Deployment.Partner in creation of the MES solution sustainment model.Convey overall task status, risks, issues, and concerns (including budget) to the Project Manager.Deliver to agreed upon timelines and milestones.Required Qualifications7+ years of relevant experience.Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.Apply Now* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan. The base pay for this position is $72,700.00 – $145,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
