The OpportunityOur locations at

Maple Grove, MN or Abbot Park, IL

have an opportunity for aPrimary Job ResponsibilitiesDirects, manages, plans, and administers the day-to-day operations of the IT Response Team (ITRT) in the US.

Has direct supervisor responsibilities. Provide leadership and guidance to team members by conveying business strategies, while striving for measurable results.

May lead or participate in cross-divisional enterprise-wide evaluation of new technology solutions/strategies that pertain to future-state support.

Provides leadership and mentors the team, conducts annual performance reviews and growth planning.

Acts as an escalation point for technical and non-technical issues, including client issue escalation. Either resolves issues directly or works with other parties, including but not limited to ITRT analyst, BTS managers.

Monitors metrics to ensure SLA's are being met and takes corrective actions when these are not being met.

Manages the day-to-day relationships with the client groups.

Manages Major Incidents (MIs) as needed.

Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar area; or equivalent work experience.

3 years technical, 2 years people management.
