You’ll be working with global organizations across commercial real estate, wealth management, and executive search to facilitate networking and business connections.About the teamYou will be the very first Customer Success Manager at Ren! As such, you will have an opportunity to build and own the function from scratch, configuring systems and processes for the complete post-sales lifecycle of a Ren customer. You will be responsible for organizations and individual users deriving maximum value from our product, leading to success, retention, and renewal. Few roles provide such a direct impact on the growth of our company.What you’ll doYou will become a trusted advisor to our customers, deeply understand their business and their needs, and help them maximize the value they get from Ren. This role involves working closely with our sales and product teams. You will be the customer’s internal advocate, helping ensure an excellent Ren experience, and gathering feedback on ways that Ren can build the next generation of user-focused solutions. You will love this job if you are a natural relationship and business builder.ResponsibilitiesLead the post-sale engagement, retention, and growth of your customers partnered closely with the Sales TeamSupport expansion of your accounts--identify opportunities, drive business outcomes, ensure customers are successfulCollect and articulate customer use cases, case studies, and testimonialsDevelop business reviews and analytics reports for customersShare customer feedback and insights with internal stakeholdersDrive overall account health including usage, articulated return on investment, account renewals and growth, referrals, and customer satisfactionWho you areWe’re looking for a go-getter who thrives with ambiguity and wants to own outcomes. If you meet the minimum requirements, you are encouraged to apply.Minimum requirements2+ years of experience in a client-facing role ideally customer success, managing relationships with large, global, and complex organizations with a technical productSophisticated business sense and understanding of underlying drivers and strategy of our user’s businessesAbility to lead technical conversations and persuade others to take action based on requirements and value provided by solutionsStrong analytical skills and operating rigorStrong executive presence and presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholdersHistory of success as a consultant, pre-sales, technical account management, or equivalentExperience handling difficult customers or situations and demonstrating resolutionsWillingness to tackle things independentlyMust work within a team environment with sales and product peersAbility to navigate data and people to find answersThe motivation and flexibility to work well in a high-growth environment where things change quicklySelf-motivated and comfortable working remotely and asynchronouslyPreferred requirementsExperience working within a high-growth technology companyMission, Values, CultureOur values guide how we work together and treat each other.
