Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 5 years of experience with IT and at least 2-3 years hands-on experience in AEM.What do we require?
Good hands-on experience in CQ/AEM.Web application development experience with design and development experience on WCM technologies.Solid experience on CQ5 with building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets.Hands-on development experience is required on Java/J2EE, Servlets, JSP, AJAX, XML, jQuery, CSS/CSS3, JSON, and other web technologies.Experience on Search Integration with CMS.Good to have mobile website development experience.Database experience on Oracle / MS SQL.Responsibilities
Translates business requirements into technical details.Participate in discussions with customers to gather scope information and perform analysis of scope information in order to provide inputs for project scope documentation.Provides onsite/offshore technical leadership on large, complex WCM based projects.Perform high and low level design, provide pseudo codes, implement prototypes, and conduct design reviews to deliver design documents as per customer requirements.Resolve user-identified functional and technical issues.Lead a team of offshore engineers and be responsible for on-time delivery of allocated WCMS project/project modules.Verify/Validate/QA the team's work to ensure that the team generates high-quality output.Collaborate with Architect/Technical Governance teams to develop IP based solutions, frameworks, and productivity accelerators.Define documents and communicate the project progress to Project Manager/Delivery.Additional Information
