8 to 10 years of web application development experience with 2-3 years of web content management system experience working with one or more CMS packages, including Adobe CQ5 version 5.3 or aboveAEM Experience is a mustExperience with mobile web development with CQ5 is preferredSolid understanding of all CQ5 building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc., and the CQ5 development and deployment processHands-on experience is required on Java, Java EE, JSP, Servlets, JSTL, Ajax, XML, JQuery, and JSON web technologiesSuggest best practices on Web and Mobile needsParticipate in architectural review and design reviewResolve user-identified functional and technical issues relating to Adobe CQ5Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementationGood communication and handling client calls and experience in Offshore coordinationGood team player and demonstrates initiative and self-motivationGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate effectively with the clientAdditional Information
