The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the high-tech industry, with a deep understanding of Web3 concepts and applications. As a Senior Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic direction, influencing internal efficiencies, and expanding our presence in the Web3 ecosystem.Responsibilities

Support the oversight of operational efficiency and effectiveness across teams, locally and globally, to enhance timely delivery on key initiatives and alignment with organizational goalsSupport the leadership team with the execution of special assignments and key strategic initiatives, including but not limited to partnerships, community growth, investor relations, and developer relationsFoster collaboration with cross-functional teams, interfacing with People, Finance, Legal, BD, Product, Marketing, DevRel, and EngineeringOwn short-term operational tasks independently while managing ongoing projects effectivelyStay informed about the latest developments in Web3 and blockchain to optimize operational processes within this domainEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standardsCoordinate team all-hands and offsitesContribute to a culture of continuous improvement, regularly assessing and refining processes based on feedback, data, and industry best practicesQualifications

Able to evaluate opportunities from a pragmatic and framework driven perspectiveA clear communicator who maintains concise and transparent communication with all stakeholdersHighly reliable and responsiveOperationally excellent and well organizedAn owner who exhibits a high degree of responsibility and pride in their workBachelor's degree in a relevant field3-5 years of experience in the high-tech industryMinimum of 1 year of experience within the Web3 or high-tech spaceProficiency in project managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBenefits
