Role: Assistant Center Director

Assistant Center Directors at The Learning Experience partner with the Center Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of the center while being responsible for the financial and operational performance of the Center. As the Assistant Center Director at The Learning Experience, You Will:

Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people.

Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.

Maintains physical and electronic filing systems for student and family records with accuracy and in compliance with TLE operating procedures following local and state regulations

Manages budgets and center inventory: office supplies, food, curriculum, staff recognition items, etc.

Manages vendor relationships including facility maintenance and technology support

Drive financial performance and consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations.

Manage accounts receivable and payable.

Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program. Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.

Apply Now If You:

Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).

Meet Virginia's Program Director requirements, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).

Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
