The Manager, Corporate Carrier Compliance will have the primary responsibility for developing and running the corporate over-the-road carrier compliance program for Odyssey. This role will deliver a program that ensures the safety of Odyssey freight on behalf of our clients. This role will protect the interest of Odyssey and its clients by adhering to minimum client requirements and local, state, and federal laws and statutes.In This Role, You Will:Develop new carrier onboarding process incorporating the needs of each Business Unit.Establish carrier compliance monitoring criteria using tools available in RMIS.Act as Subject Matter Expert for Odyssey's Carrier Qualification activities.Manage and maintain Odyssey's Carrier Qualification program including:Maintaining approved carrier status using carrier monitoring service,Conducting new and existing carrier reviews,Generate monthly reports of approved carrier status,Manage deficient carrier corrective action process.Serve as the primary resource for review and approval of carrier records associated with the qualification process.Develop training, strategies, processes and create training materials for new users of the RMIS system. Train associates as necessary.Maintain proficiency in the use of FMCSA SAFER system data to determine a carrier’s safety profile.Work with Procurement and Client Operations teams to prepare for RFIs and client specific carrier requests.Manage Client Authorized and incumbent carrier requests.Support Odyssey’s Responsible Care program and participate in audits as required.Measure KPIs regularly to assess performance against objectives; identify corrective actions should KPIs fall below goal.Adhere to organizational policies, procedures and processes to ensure compliance with corporate governance.Perform all training, goal setting, and development of a 3rd party resource who will support the Manager, Corporate Carrier Compliance. Ensure that this resource adheres to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.All other duties and projects as assigned.Qualifications

A degree in Operations Management, Safety Management, or Business Management is preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation, logistics or safety management role, with minimum two years of in a logistics safety related position.Experience working with a global company with multi-cultural stakeholders.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of business stakeholders.Team player who seeks continuous improvement.Experience with RMIS and Odyssey’s TMS systems is a plus.Excellent customer service skills and communication skills (both verbal and written).Detail oriented to ensure accuracy.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple critical projects simultaneously and in a timely manner.Good analytical, reporting, researching, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office 360 Suite.Location:
