This hybrid role, combining field and office duties, is designed for those who seek to blend professional achievement with the allure of the Alaskan wilderness. As the backbone of our operations, you will lead a team of dedicated technicians, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and repair for sewer and associated drainage systems.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of dedicated technicians, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and repair for sewer and associated drainage systems.
Guide our operations to new heights of efficiency and effectiveness using your industry expertise.
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in the sewer and drain field.
Demonstrated success in leading small to medium-sized teams.
Formal management training.
Hands-on experience with high-pressure jetting machines, CCTV cameras, and robotic cutters.
A thorough understanding of water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater systems infrastructure.
OSHA HAZWOPER certification (or willingness to obtain).
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a related field is a plus.
Proficiency with technology, particularly iOS devices.
Ability to lift up to 150lbs and adapt to new challenges.
CompensationCompetitive compensation ranging from
$80,000 to $120,000
annually, aligned with your experience and skills.
