Sewer Sales Rep , your success will be defined by:

Sales Revenue : Achieve and exceed Weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth and profitability for the company.

Customer Satisfaction : Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive relationships with clients.

Close Rate : Convert incoming inquiries into booked service appointments and sales leads, maximizing opportunities to drive business growth.

Technical Proficiency : Demonstrate mastery of advanced camera technology and sewer/drain diagnostic tools, ensuring accurate inspections and effective solutions for customers. Underground drainage knowledge (ie: how they work, how they are maintained, and how/why they fail) and understanding of traditional plumbing sewer excavation, sewer relining, pipe bursting, and hydro jetting is paramount to success in this role.

Sales Pipeline Management : Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline, effectively tracking leads, follow-ups, and opportunities to ensure timely and successful closure.

Team Collaboration : Collaborate closely with installation technicians and other team members to coordinate service delivery, address customer needs, and maximize customer satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement : Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and professional development to enhance service offerings and drive customer value.
