Join the team and become part of our family!Seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Plant Service Manager to oversee electrical, service engineering and maintenance operations at our Cleveland, OH facility.

This critical role will involve collaborating with plant management to ensure efficient resource allocation, optimize machine reliability, and prioritize safety and environmental compliance. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and managing a high-performing team, while also driving technological advancements and automation initiatives.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree:

Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.Proven Experience:

5+ years of successful leadership in facilities management or maintenance within a heavy manufacturing environment.Supervisory Skills:

3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.Safety Expertise:

Demonstrated proficiency in safety principles like LOTO, confined space, working at heights, and contractor safety.Maintenance Management:

Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance systems.Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of facility engineering, including boilers, HVAC, air handling units, and building maintenance.Problem-Solving:

Proven ability to efficiently solve problems using Continuous Improvement methodologies.Financial Management:

Demonstrated skills in budgeting and cost control.Project Management:

Experience leading cross-functional teams to implement and manage Continuous Improvement projects for enhanced production and cost savings.Communication:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on active listening and customer service.Quality Focus:

Strong understanding of plant quality systems and their impact on internal and external customers.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with service emphasis in facilities management & a strong background in electrical systems and automation engineering.Experience in major capital project management.ISO 9000 / QS 9000 / TS16949 implementation and system maintenance experience.Computer / CAD system experience.MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:Operational Efficiency:

Develop and implement organized systems for equipment, training, and operations. Focus on proactive maintenance programs to reduce unscheduled downtime and optimize the weekly scheduled downtime to help meet production demands.Financial Management:

Collaborate in budget development and management.Talent Development:

Partner with HR to recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.Team Culture:

Foster a positive work environment emphasizing trust, teamwork, and accountability.Continuous Improvement:

Drive process, equipment, and cost improvements.Safety and Compliance:

Develop and enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with environmental and quality standards.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering on process improvement projects and administer quality experiments.Performance Tracking:

Develop and monitor metrics to measure improvement.Compliance Adherence:

Ensure adherence to all relevant management system procedures and requirements.
