Agility Partners is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Project Manager position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This Project Manager will join the Global Customer Operations organization, fostering strong collaboration with cross-functional groups, vendors, and regional partners. This is an exciting opportunity to focus on enhancing escalation management, streamlining crucial reports that underpin diverse operational models, and, in the end, refining spare fulfillment procedures.
In this role you will:Drive front line support with Data Centers ensuring communication is clear and timely.Support Regional Managers with exception analysis, trend identification, and performance on a weekly and monthly basis in support of reducing overall time in driving tickets to resolution.Maintain communication in established ticketing resources and drive situational clarity both up and downstream.Leverage existing communication processes to optimize content, audience, presentation, and parity across regions globally.

7+ years of experience as a Project Manager.Experience in supply chain management and project management.Experience with presentation material creation.Experience in process improvement identification and implementation.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
