Benefits include, but are not limited to, tuition assistance, medical, dental, vision, disability, group life insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, paid holidays, and vacations.POSITION SUMMARY:Under the general direction of the Senior Manager – Transportation, North America Logistics, the Business Process Analyst will be responsible for analytics, data mining, report generation, daily support of operational requirements, and administration in support of the Logistics mission and objectives. The scope of operations includes inbound shipments from suppliers to our plants, stock transport orders, outbound customer shipments, and cross-border shipments.RESPONSIBILITIES:Collect, compile, and report on key performance indicators (KPI's) and ensure timely and accurate reporting of Logistics scorecard.Develop, expand, and complete standard and ad hoc reporting requests.Monitor and maintain data within SAP, compile database deliverables, resolve errors, and maintain data tables to comply with business rules.Build and run queries for routine and specialized reports, fulfilling the role of expert resource for Logistics system applications.Prepare detailed documentation and operating instructions of new and fully operational systems.Design and implement formal testing and pilot procedures to verify new system functionality and integrity in accordance with industry standard best practices.Perform database backup and archive procedures to ensure system integrity and assist in the planning, design, and implementation of future systems to define requirements, system architecture, and data structures in accordance with continued process improvement initiatives.Work cross-functionally with operations and supporting teams to provide a resource for verifying key data and performance reports.Provide technical support and training as a resource for relevant system applications including maintenance and update of SAP idocs.Support and backup freight payment processes.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Business, Statistics, Information Technology, Accounting or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience with database administration.Experience managing multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously and executing them successfully to completion.Proficiency with Tableau and Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System (i.e. SAP, Oracle, etc.).Ability to communicate effectively in a team-based environment with strong ability to influence and work on cross-functional projects across all levels and functions.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Proven attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to maintain confidential and personal information.Demonstrated excellent problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Willingness and ability to work flexible hours across three shifts as needed to meet business demands across a three-shift manufacturing operation.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:SAP Experience.Experience programming in Visual Basic, .NET, ActiveX, or Java.Project participation integrating SAP and external systems.Experience in a Supply Chain Planning environment with knowledge of inbound, transfer, outbound, and cross-border shipping.
