DIRECT HIRE:Currently seeking a Contract Compliance Administrator in the Atlanta, GA area. As the Contract Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all contracts are adhered to and that compliance with regulations is maintained throughout the projects.

MUST have extensive experience submitting and processing certified payroll

Salary:

Responsibilities:Review new contracts for compliance specifications including Controlled Insurance Programs and Payroll.Enroll MSI in required Insurance Programs and assist subcontractors in their enrollment as needed.Manage submission of Insurance Requirements and Weekly (Bi-Weekly) Certified Payroll.Assist subcontractors in their submission of required payroll reports.Identify and complete all compliance requirements throughout the life of construction projects.Communicate with the estimating team to calculate accurate insurance cost estimates per project specifications.Coordinate with MSI insurance agents to ensure proper coverage is obtained.Ensure subcontractor compliance prior to working on site.Complete pre-qualifications for new/returning customers as requested by sales team.Track compliance categories and progress for all projects for reporting to supervisor as needed.Manage communications with customers including phone calls and emails.Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.Proven experience working in contract administration or compliance.Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proficient with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.Professional certification in contract management or compliance is preferred.If you are interested in learning more about this role, please submit your resume for immediate consideration!
