Annualized Base Salary: 65,000 + BonusWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Hunter, your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities and aggressively pursue sales leads within your designated territory. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, achieving sales targets, and contributing to our company's growth. This position is ideal for a self-starter with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling within the assigned territory.Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by developing a robust pipeline of business opportunities.Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and understand the competitive landscape within the territory.Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring customer needs are met while achieving company sales objectives.Customer Acquisition: Aggressively pursue new business opportunities, converting prospects into customers to expand the company’s market presence.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, negotiations, and closed deals, in the CRM system.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support sales efforts.Requirements

Proven sales experience, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to open doors and create new business opportunities.Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a keen ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a territory-based, outside sales role.Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.Compensation and Benefits
