HVAC Account Manager - 160 Year Old Manufacturer - Base Salary to 145k/year - Dallas, TXOur client, a stable, growing manufacturer, has an immediate need for an HVAC Account Manager to handle a territory covering several states in the south (including TX, KS, MO, FL, and NC). The Southern team operates as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and are looking for someone who operates from a “customer first” mentality to fit into this culture.Responsibilities:
Sell to manufacturers’ rep firms, work with specifying engineers, and build relationships with mechanical contractors.Act as a technical advisor to core customers, helping them make accurate equipment selections and getting products specified in projects.Qualifications:
Strong background in selling commercial HVAC equipment (boiler experience a bonus).Independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over the role.Strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.Compensation:
Our client is offering a solid compensation package with a base salary in the 120k - 145k/year range, and up to 30% bonus opportunity.
