We even offer pet insurance.The pay range for a Client Service Representative is $43,000 - $65,000 yearly (based on experience) + performance-based bonuses.What You Will Do:The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders of Property & Casualty insurance by answering questions, interpreting policies, explaining coverage, and resolving concerns. The Client Service Representative will act as a liaison between the customer and insurance companies to answer questions, promote opportunities, and resolve concerns. While the primary focus of the Client Service Representative is delivering a white-glove customer experience, you will also have the ability to upsell and cross-sell existing clients.Our Ideal Candidate:We are actively seeking a motivated individual to join our high-performing customer service team, offering unparalleled opportunities for professional growth. Prior experience in the insurance industry or agency setting is crucial to this role, and we are committed to training the right candidate.Key Attributes:Property & Casualty licenseHigh school or equivalent3+ years of experience with Property & Casualty insurance products (particularly Personal Lines, such as auto and homeowners insurance) or any combination of experience and education that would demonstrate preparedness to effectively perform the duties of the positionExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work well independently and on a teamPrecise verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clientsPreferred Attributes:Experience with Mercury Insurance CompanyExperience with Applied Systems platforms, such as TAM and Epic, or AMS360Bachelor’s Degree or 1+ year(s) of relevant sales experience
