$18 - $24 / hourWhat You Will Do:The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders of Property & Casualty insurance by answering questions, interpreting policies, explaining coverage, and resolving concerns. The Client Service Representative will act as a liaison between the customer and insurance companies to answer questions, promote opportunities, and resolve concerns. While the primary focus is delivering a white-glove customer experience, you will also have the ability to upsell and cross-sell existing clients.Our Ideal Candidate:We are actively seeking a motivated individual to join our high-performing customer service team, offering unparalleled opportunities for professional growth. While prior experience in the insurance industry or agency setting is preferred, we are committed to training the right candidate.Key Attributes:Bilingual in Spanish and English4-40 Resident Customer RepresentativeHigh school or equivalent1+ years of experience in Personal Lines, including auto and home with sales/service1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance salesProven track record of generating new business sales, retaining existing business, and cross-selling other lines of businessExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work well independently and on a teamPrecise verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clientsPreferred Attributes:Bachelor’s Degree or 1+ year(s) of relevant sales experience
