Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division is currently seeking a Warehouse Lead - Wiring Devices.The hourly rate for this position is $24/hr per hour.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:

Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive WD Lead to oversee key warehouse operations, including trailer inspections, trailer swaps, and auditing pallet shipments. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, effectively communicate with carriers and customer service, and ensure high standards of quality and efficiency in the warehouse.Key Responsibilities:

Trailer Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of trailers to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.Trailer Swaps: Coordinate and communicate with carriers to manage trailer swaps efficiently.Match Documentation: Verify that the Bill of Lading matches the picklists for accurate shipping and receiving.Pallet Auditing: Inspect pallets received on the dock and those loaded into trailers to ensure accuracy and condition.Customer Service: Address and resolve issues communicated via email from customer service in a timely and effective manner.Picker Production: Monitor and manage the production rates and quality of the picking process.Dock Loader Oversight: Ensure dock loaders maintain high quality and meet on-time delivery requirements.PGI Orders: Oversee the Post Goods Issue (PGI) process, ensuring correct and efficient order processing.Problem Solving: Apply critical thinking to address and resolve any operational concerns or issues.Adaptability: Adjust to changing work environments and operational demands as needed.Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 6 Months experience with Forklift/ Cherry picker /Reach TruckNo relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications:

One year of experience in a warehouse/distribution center environmentMust be able to work specific shift hours and have flexibility to work overtime based on customer demandERP Experience (SAP)Essential Skills and Attributes:
