DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with operations to generate sales and revenue growth in an assigned territoryDevelop strategic new business opportunities by working collaboratively with operationsActive engagement with customer accounts through weekly calls and routine customer visitsPrioritize tasks for effective time management and efficiencyProvide exceptional customer service by focusing on the quality of customer interactions, efficient processes, and relentless learning of customer's challengesLead communication on growth strategy with the territory and supervisorLead proposal/quote process through to winCollaborate with other TAMs to leverage enterprise customer networkDemonstrate honesty and strong moral principles remaining conscious of spending to drive profitability as well as data integrityMaintain an active and robust pipeline that shows the path to meeting and exceeding the revenue budgetPrepare and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiativesEnsure complete and 80% accuracy of customer and opportunity data within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field is preferredThree (3) years of experience in sales, management, sales operations, account management, marketing, or a related field is requiredTwo (2) years of experience in the environmental or industrial service-related industry
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Proven track record of ambition and driveSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independentlyStrategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on opportunities for growthExcellent verbal, non-verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skillsDeveloped problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsDetailed-oriented and organized for record keeping and time managementGenuine curiosity and active listenerKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPointTrack and enter data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool

Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 per yearThe compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, work experience, competencies, and skills, and may fall outside of the range shown.
