DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage the day-to-day activities of a team of field employees to ensure that daily, short-term, and long-term objectives can be achievedClosely monitor the progress of the workEnsure equipment necessary for effective field operations is in adequate condition and available to team members as neededHelp enforce safety procedures and provide training for our team membersPlan, schedule and dispatch staff to project sites based on skill sets, certifications, location, project, and priorityMeet with team members onsite to discuss objectives for the day, and help troubleshoot any issuesDocument field activities for the dayCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, to discuss and review project informationMeet with on-site subcontractorsPerform other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL CONDITIONSPushing / pulling: frequent daily basisTwisting / turning: frequent daily basisLift items over head: frequent daily basisStanding: 6-8 hours dailyCrouching / stooping: prolonged periodsTyping / data entry: frequent daily basisLifting / carrying: frequent daily up to 50 lbsEquipment used: emergency air monitoring equipment, emergency response equipment, radio communications equipment

QUALIFICATIONSMinimum education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience requiredMinimum experience: 2+ years of experience in field management of multiple crewsSupervisory experience: Supervisory experience in Emergency Spill Response and Industrial ServicesLicenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license (CDL license is a plus)Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast-paced environmentAble to work in all environmental temperatures and weather conditionsAbility to work long hours including day and night shifts and weekend work as requiredAvailable for periodic overnight travel

Pay: $80,000 - $110,000 per yearThe compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, work experience, competencies, and skills, and may fall outside of the range shown.
