This role can sit remotely for the right candidateThe Manager, Contractor Lead Generation leads the CertainTeed EPS effort to develop a very high performing Contractor Lead Generation program. This manager works closely with Contractor Customers, Inside Sales, Corporate Digital Marketing, EPS field sales, EPS Sales Leadership, and select external vendors. Within Contractor Engagement, this manager will work very closely with the Manager of Credentialing and the Manager of Contractor Marketing and Communication to ensure we are achieving the goal of building a lead generation program that provides a significant number of high-quality leads (measured by contractor close rate – at least higher than 50%).Responsibilities:Development and execution of CertainTeed EPS’ Contractor Lead Generation program.Achieving the goal of making the Contractor Lead Generation program competitive with the best lead generation programs in the market, measured by the number of leads per month to each high-level credentialed contractor and the close rate for each contractor on the leads provided (at least greater than 50%).Develop the requisite metrics for the program.Develop the ability to measure contractor close rate.Lead Inside Sales, Corporate Digital Marketing, and all other involved departments to establish, measure, and improve the program.Develop value communication program to Field Sales and High-Level Credentialed Contractors.Determine marketing requirements to drive the Lead Generation program, including Homeowner Marketing.What do you bring?Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related fields preferred.Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in marketing communications, marketing production, or related field.Minimum 7 years’ experience with lead generation programs.Excellent analytical and organizational skills.Budget management and reporting skills.Experience with digital design best practices a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience in utilizing and maintaining web-based fulfillment and asset management tools a plus.Fluency in Spanish a plus.Why work for us?CertainTeed, headquartered in Malvern, Pennsylvania, has helped shape the building products industry for more than 110 years.
