Chargezoom is Salt Lake City's fastest growing Fintech startup, we are looking for a dynamic VP of Customer Success to lead our customer success team and ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes using our services.Role OverviewAs a VP of Customer Success at Chargezoom, you will lead our customer success team to ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes using our services.Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and prioritization of product features based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery.Conduct user research and gather insights to inform product decisions.Help create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and roadmaps.Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.Support the VP of Product in strategic planning and execution of product initiatives.Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in product management at a SaaS startup.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Jira.Passion for fintech and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.Salary & Benefits- $100k-$120k/yr- Employee Stock Option Plan- Paid health and dental insurance.- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
