Organizational Change Management (OCM) Contractor

to support the O2R/Zuora project, a critical initiative within their digital transformation strategy. This is a

temporary position

for

8 months , working

fully remote . Candidates must be located

anywhere on the East Coast

to facilitate collaboration with teams in various time zones. Candidates must have a minimum of

3 years

Change Management experience and experience with Zuora is strongly preferred. This is a full-time role, and Hunter Hamilton offers hourly/weekly pay, direct deposit, and temporary health benefits.

Position:

Temporary Organizational Change Management (OCM) Contractor (8 Months, Fully Remote)

The OCM Contractor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful migration to the Zuora platform by developing and implementing change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. This role requires close collaboration with project teams, leadership, and key business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management Strategy and Planning:Own the execution of an integrated change management plan, collaborating closely with Finance functions and Business Partners to prepare impacted areas for the transition to new ways of working.Conduct impact analysis to assess how the Zuora platform migration will affect organizational processes and personnel.

Business Partner Engagement and Communication:Identify and engage key Business Partners impacted by the O2R/Zuora project.Develop and implement targeted communication plans to keep Business Partners informed and engaged during the transformation.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support the transition to the new platform.

Training and Development:Create training materials, guides, and tools that directly address the needs of the O2R/Zuora project.

Change Impact Analysis and Risk Management:Assess risks and resistance points related to the O2R/Zuora project and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor and report on the change readiness of teams, providing recommendations for corrective actions as necessary.

Collaboration and Leadership:Collaborate closely with project managers, business leaders, and other Business Partners.Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations on managing the organizational changes associated with the O2R/Zuora project.

Continuous Improvement:Gather feedback from Business Partners to continuously refine and improve change management approaches.Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational change management, with a proven track record of leading successful change initiatives.Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects, such as platform migrations (e.g., Zuora), is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple aspects of the O2R/Zuora project simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly in addressing challenges related to digital transformation.Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Certifications:Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner) is highly desirable.
