Pay Range: (USD)45 hrly - (USD)55 hrly

Role

The Organizational Change Management Consultant will work within human resources and have primary responsibility to:Design, build, and support the implementation of an Organizational Change Management (OCM) plan to meet the needs of HR Transformation, especially focused on stakeholder management and engagement; strategic communications; and learning/training.Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, training needs assessment, and other up-front work, and gain buy-in through consultation, communication, training, or other engagement with managers or staff.Partner with internal resources for operational activities and implementation of the OCM Plan.Build OCM infrastructure including tools, resources, and approaches to enable repeatable program.Design and implement a robust knowledge transfer approach and coach/mentor employees in OCM.Lead client teams in successfully implementing change management strategies to drive adoption of client initiatives.Partner with program leads and project managers to integrate change management activities.Skills And Competencies

Change management related degree and/or certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).Knowledge of HR processes and tools.Consulting experience preferred.Extensive experience in executing change management strategies and partnering with organizational teams in the design, development, and implementation of plans is preferred.Experience applying advanced knowledge of OCM processes, methods, and best practices.Demonstrated experience in building OCM methods, tools, and practices.Strong interpersonal, analytical, presentation, and critical thinking skills, including the ability to routinely interface at all levels of the organization quickly and interchangeably.Engages with executives to share approach, provide context and rationale, and exchange insights and value proposition.Mentors/coaches team members.Demonstrates ability to build relationships and interact with senior management and key partner groups.Ability to quickly understand organization’s current technologies, practices, and strategic direction.Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to all levels of management, including senior leaders.Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring OCM team(s).
