Support the organizational change management activities for a SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG implementation project.Work closely with the OCM Lead, project team, business stakeholders, and end users to assess the impact of the change, design and execute the change management strategy and plan, and facilitate the adoption and readiness of the SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG solution.Contribute to the development and delivery of effective communication, training, and coaching interventions, and measure and monitor the change outcomes and benefits.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.At least 3 years of experience in OCM consulting or related roles, preferably in SAP S4 HANA environment.Experience in supporting and delivering OCM activities for SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG or related modules, such as stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, change readiness, communication, training, coaching, etc.Knowledge of SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG business processes and functionalities.Good communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with good problem-solving and analytical skills.Certification in OCM methodologies or frameworks, such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc. is a plus.Residing in Dallas, Texas, USA or ready to relocate.For immediate consideration, please send your resume directly to Venkat at
