Join us in shaping the future of industry through innovation, collaboration, and relentless pursuit of excellence.Support Change Strategy Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of change management strategies and plans to help employees adopt new processes, tools, and technologies.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with project teams and client stakeholders to gather input, understand concerns, and ensure alignment throughout the change process.Impact Analysis: Conduct change impact assessments to determine the extent of changes and recommend appropriate actions.Communication & Training Support: Help create and deliver communication materials and training programs that support the transition and enhance end-user adoption.Risk Identification: Assist in identifying resistance to change and propose strategies to mitigate risks.Data Gathering & Reporting: Track and measure the effectiveness of change management activities, providing insights and reports to project teams.Leadership & Team Support: Provide support to project leaders and ensure all team members are informed and aligned on the change objectives.Qualifications
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related fieldAdditional Education: Master’s degree is a plus.Experience:2 years of experience in OCM, project management, or related roles.Basic understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter).Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with stakeholders and facilitating discussions.Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.Experience supporting change in technology implementations or process improvements.Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business challenges and support innovative solutions.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support senior consultants.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Basic understanding of strategic planning, business process optimization, and organizational change management.Industry Exposure: Experience or internship in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, or aerospace is advantageous.Percentage of required travel: up to 100%Physical requirements:This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.How to apply?
