The manager will work closely with the technology team and monitor all new implementation and project releases, assisting when needed and escalating to management.The manager follows up daily on the overall operation to ensure that technical project objectives are met through the management of the team to meet project timelines and performance targets. The position is responsible for keeping track of the established technology KPIs, working with all involved teams, and assisting in delivering on time, within budget, and with quality.Monitors Project Team on Intralot Releases and InstallsOrganizes programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organizationCreates and manages long-term goalsDevelops a budget and operating plan for the programDevelops an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvementManages a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilitiesEnsures goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performanceImplements and manages changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achievedAnalyzes program risksAn aptitude for workflow and process analysis and reengineering, financial analysis skills, strategic/business planning, tactical implementation planning, excellent verbal and written communications, and strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Database Management) are required.
