The manager will be working closely with the technology team and monitor all new implementation and project releases, assisting when needed and escalating to management.The manager follows up daily the overall operation to ensure that technical project objectives are met through the management of the team to meet project timelines and performance targets. The position is responsible for keeping track of the established technology KPIs, working with all involved teams and assisting to deliver on time, budget and quality.Monitors Project Team on Intralot Releases and InstallsOrganizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organizationCreating and managing long-term goalsDeveloping a budget and operating plan for the programDeveloping an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvementManaging a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilitiesEnsuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performanceImplementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achievedAnalyzing program risksAn aptitude for workflow and process analysis and reengineering, financial analysis skills, strategic/business planning, tactical implementation planning, excellent verbal and written communications, and strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and Database Management) are required.
