Join us as we revolutionize kidney care and other vital organ support.Your Role at Baxter:The Vantive Consolidations Manager supports the global monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes. This position drives global processes, systems and controls used in the preparation of Vantive's internal financial reporting including the consolidated financial statements. This role operates in a dynamic environment, which requires collaboration with finance teams located in the U.S. and international locations. This role offers high visibility in the finance organization and produces key financial analysis, which is leveraged by senior leadership.What You'll be Doing:Performing an accurate/timely review of internal financial statements, schedules, and analysis.Partnering with global businesses, international finance teams, shared service centers, Tax, Treasury, and global FP&A to ensure accurate/timely reporting and consolidation of monthly financial data, including required GAAP/management adjustments, and providing accounting support.Managing monthly close processes.Performing financial statement analysis and presenting results to leaders of the Corporate Controller’s Group.Reviewing analysis over working capital and cash flow movements for review by senior leadership.Focusing on strengthening processes/use of financial systems and improving analysis/cycle time for monthly consolidation while maintaining appropriate level of internal controls.Leading ad-hoc projects related to process improvement.Maintaining compliance with controls.Identifying and implementing process improvements.What You'll Bring:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.7+ years of related experience, preferably a mix of accounting close, technical accounting, and process improvement.CPA preferred.Strong analytical/decision-making skills.Strong knowledge of GAAP and demonstrated abilities in financial statement analysis.Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills as well as being detail-oriented.Ability to balance multiple, contending priorities and call out or resolve issues appropriately. Proven ability to meet financial deadlines.Working knowledge of consolidation (e.g. Oracle FCCS) and general ledger systems.Demonstration of key accounting/finance competencies and qualifications.Baxter is committed to supporting the needs for flexibility in the workplace. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000 to $154,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
