What You'll Do:Review, extract and analyze data to be used in formulation of procedures, processes and other requirements, including data integrity and quality control. Provide reports of relevant activity to be used to identify problematic areas and data anomalies, in order to provide basis for modification and/or elimination of operations issues. Revise existing reports and develop new reports based on changing methodologies. Analyze reports to ensure accuracy and quality. Track and verify all reporting statistics and/or metrics.Develop complex analysis and sophisticated data compilation, verification, and interpretations to guide divisional efforts. Create data tools used to identify/modify pertinent data needed to provide supporting documentation for system or operational regulatory reporting.Communicate with and/or train employees and managers on the complex database programs used to generate analytical data. Document reporting procedures so other staff can run ad hoc reports independently. Design, code, and maintain complex database programs for the extraction and analysis of data to support financial and operational decisions.Monitor data for compliance with all applicable regulations, and communicates and updates data as necessary. Provide assistance throughout internal and external audits.To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need:Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Healthcare, or other related field or 2-year degree in Computer Science, Business or related field and 2 years of reporting and data analysis work experience OR 4 years reporting and data analysis experience.Required Work Experience:

6 Years Research and analysis experience.Required Software and tools:

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of programming languages across various software platforms, using DB2, SQL, and/or relational databases.
