Dallas TX or RemoteOverviewBlue Yonder, a leading supply chain software company, is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Product Manager for AI/ML products. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI/ML products, aligning them with the overall business objectives. By leveraging your expertise in market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights, you will identify market opportunities and drive product innovation to maintain our competitive edge.As the Product Manager at Blue Yonder, you will be working towards driving the roadmap for our mobile solutions portfolio. Leveraging your extensive experience in product management and expertise in mobile technologies, you will drive the development and delivery of best-in-class products that exceed customer expectations and drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product roadmap and strategy.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify key market trends and opportunities.Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business objectives, and market demands.Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases.Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.Monitor product performance and key metrics, iterate on features, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve user engagement and satisfaction.Serve as a subject matter expert on supply chain planning and enterprise software, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the enterprise software industry with a focus on supply chain planning.Understanding of supply chain planning processes, logistics, inventory management, and related technologies.Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and make data-driven decisions.Experience with product analytics tools and methodologies to measure and optimize product performance.Passion for innovation, technology, and driving customer success.The salary range for this position is $96,020.00 - $143,896.18. The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
