As we accelerate our growth trajectory, we seek an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Product team.About the RoleAre you highly organized and invigorated by overcoming challenges? Have you successfully overseen and executed projects within a software or e-commerce company? Giftogram is searching for a resourceful and dynamic Project Manager to spearhead essential internal projects and advance the objectives of our Product team. This is a hybrid position reporting 2 days onsite at our Parsippany, NJ office.In this role, you will conduct research, establish timelines, manage resources, document processes, and communicate with diverse stakeholders to ensure the successful, on-time delivery of team projects. You will collaborate with leadership to develop and report on team KPIs to ensure efficiency and actively participate in all phases of project implementation to yield high-quality and on-time deliverables. You will work closely with stakeholders in our Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams and be part of a driven group dedicated to building exceptional products.What You'll DoEnsure the successful execution of large-scale, complex projects while finding the most efficient path to completionDevelop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocationAssess and manage the resource needs across multiple projects, understanding their impact on overall team capacityProvide clear and concise executive summaries to senior leadership regarding project risks and mitigation strategies, always maintaining a solution-focused mindsetOversee the tracking and approval of all project assets before release, ensuring proper internal reviewsProactively track project costs, ensuring accurate time reporting, resource allocation, and financial projections while being prepared to explain any variancesProactively address and resolve any technical challenges or roadblocks during the project lifecycleEnsure project documentation is accurate and compliant with company systems and processes; maintain accountability for adherence to workflows and proper tool useEnsure that all projects are thoroughly tested and documented before deploymentPrepare and present regular KPI reports to senior management and stakeholdersWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in a software development environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholdersProficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Github, and YouTrack)Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWhat We OfferCompensation range for this role: $80,000 - $110,000 base salary plus discretionary annual performance incentive bonus401k & Company MatchMedical/Dental/Vision InsuranceHybrid work schedule (2 days in Parsippany, NJ office)15 PTO Days + Paid company holidays
