Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead the development and execution of a global digital platform project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of digital platforms. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from initial concept through final implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and coordinating efforts across multiple global teams.Key Responsibilities:Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the global digital platform project, ensuring that it meets scope, budget, and timeline requirements.Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to ensure clear communication, alignment, and support for the program’s objectives.Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with global teams across product, engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure that all project components are aligned and moving forward cohesively.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively address issues that may impact project delivery.Budget Management: Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring that all resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.Quality Assurance: Ensure that the final deliverables meet the required quality standards and align with business objectives.Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on large-scale digital platforms or global initiatives.Strong understanding of digital platforms, software development processes, and relevant technologies.Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, global teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to a diverse audience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing complex projects and resolving issues.PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project/program management certifications are a plus.Job Info
