This position is supporting adult women in a residential program in Manchester, NH.About the home: This is a beautiful home in Manchester supporting 9 adult women. A Residential Manager will supervise and manage a team of Direct Support Associates with the support of a co-manager and 3 lead staff, one for each floor of the home.The

Program Specialist

would be the lead staff for 3 women on their floor - working with 2 other Program Specialists, the co-manager and the Residential Program Manager.Responsibilities : Work directly with the Program Manager to assist in reviewing, monitoring and participating in the development, implementation and monitoring of program goals. Act as a Peer Guide for assigned new staff, which includes providing on-the-job training and program orientation with assigned staff maintaining and documenting contact with assigned staff for a minimum of six months. Consistently demonstrate professionalism, exceptional customer service, and positive demeanor and elevate any positive feedback and/or concerns to supervisor. In this role you will also assist with preparation and compliance of required documentation as requested by supervisor. You will also perform direct support responsibilities as necessary including direct care and transportation for all community activities – including work, family visits, medical appointments, social functions, etc.Qualifications : Associates Degree in Human Services or related field and (1) year of Direct Support experience OR a High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of Direct Support experience.You must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation requirements.Due to the specific needs of the individuals in this home, applicants must be female.Schedule : This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position. Your schedule will include 32 hours of Direct Support staffing and 8 hours of administrative support.Compensation : $23.62 hourlyWhat’s in it for you?
