As an Accounts Development Representative for our OEM Accounts Team, we are looking for entrepreneurial risk-takers who can handle a variety of tasks, from event coordination to legal and product launch coordination. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and ensure the smooth operation of our OEM accounts and related activities.Responsibilities:Reporting and Analytics:Manage OEM periodic reporting, ensuring accuracy and timelinessDebug and troubleshoot reporting issuesTrack product launch statistics and key milestonesAddress and remediate OEM churn reportsCreate and maintain OEM section in management weekly meetingsEvent Management:Coordinate with VP/Directors for event attendeesHandle hotel reservations, SWAG orders, and dinner reservationsManage sponsorship recommendations and paymentsLegal and Administrative:Liaise with legal team for contracts and related mattersMaintain OEM tear sheets and dealer codesCoordinate with Salesforce team for task automationManage admin tool OEM access and maintenanceProduct and Client Relations:Conduct product demonstrations for clients and internal teams based around OEM specific tiesMonitor and coordinate API status for OEM clientsPrepare materials for OEM update meetingsCoordinate with internal groups for installations that involve new/existing OEM requirementsEnsure successful pilot programs (e.g., Ramsey Subaru and Volvo installation)Internal Communication and Documentation:Maintain up-to-date OEM org charts in SalesforceKeep home.mykaarma.com updated with tear sheets and OEM assignmentsTake notes at meetings and store Gong recording URLsSkills and Qualifications:At least 3-5 years’ experience in project management, ideally in the automotive or SaaS industryStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient with Salesforce and other project management toolsAbility to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solvingWe Offer:A casual, flexible working environmentPaid medical/dental/vision/life/disability benefitsUnlimited vacation time (subject to some practical constraints)Unlimited snacks (when we get back to the office)Job Location:
