too can become part of our successful, energetic, and dedicated organization!Job Description:Residential supervisors are tasked with managing a residential house that provides 24/7 support to residents with severe and persistent mental illness in a community-based setting. Supervisors provide direct support to clients and staff and manage the day-to-day operations that will help maintain a successful program. This position requires on-call duties. Supervisors are responsible for managing the house budget, supervising staff, and operating as the point person to ensure effective communication, consultation, and critical decision-making. Residential supervisors are expected to take part in consultation, quality improvement activities, and program development.Key Responsibilities:Supervision of staffManagement of petty cashProvision of adequate staffing for all shiftsDirect work with clients, both 1:1 and in a group settingUtilize evidence-based practices to support clients in their recovery goals (including symptom management, ADL support, medication education, extra-curricular activities, etc.)Coverage for other Residential SupervisorsRequirements:LeadershipOrganizationMultitaskingTime ManagementPrioritizing needs and tasksTherapeutic / Clinical EffectivenessStrengths-based perspectiveBasic computer and email skillsBilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.Education:

A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or education/counseling from an accredited college or university is required.Experience:

Supervisory experience in a therapeutic setting is required.Qualifications:
