We believe each staff member plays an integral role in fulfilling our mission to provide the highest quality of care possible.Job Description:Residential specialists are tasked with providing support around daily living and mental health management in a 24/7, community-based

adult residence . The staff works to increase independence, encourage skill acquisition and utilization, help with symptom management, and maintain a clean and safe environment for the residents. Residential specialists work closely with the treatment team and community agencies to provide wrap-around support for all individuals.
