Apply now if this seems like an exciting new opportunity for you!ResponsibilitiesAssist general manager in the day-to-day operation of the hotel in maintaining all standards of guest serviceManage compliance with company or brand established policies and procedures and any local, state, and federal laws and regulationsCreate the yearly hotel budget in collaboration with the general manager and department heads, and assess and adjust performance throughout the year to stay profitableDeliver support to the human resources department to help them improve turnover management, employee motivation, and staff growth and retentionAnalyze the performance of each department, report any problem areas, and make recommendations to improve profitability for hotel operationsQualificationsYou must have a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, or a related fieldYou must have previous experience in a manager role overseeing a team, preferably in a hospitality roleThis role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer serviceHave superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills3+ years of experience working in a hotel or the hospitality industry requiredCompensation$39,000 - $45,000 yearly
