Leverage negotiation skills without compromising customer satisfaction to carry out the sales process following dealership standards and policies.Field inquiries about new and used cars, vehicle performance, and purchasing processes to uphold customer satisfaction.Present used and new cars through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs.Build rapport with potential customers by employing strong communication and interpersonal tactics throughout their vehicle selection.Welcome customers to the showroom floor with professionalism and offer assistance to support auto sales.Qualifications:
Stellar communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills are all crucial for meeting customer needs.A valid state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is a plus.High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; bachelor’s degree is preferred.Microsoft Office proficient.VinSolutions CRM experience is a bonus.Computer savvy.Compensation:
$50,000 - $150,000 yearly
