Our properties are located throughout California and Nevada and range in size from 52 units to 397 units. We specialize in Tax Credit; Section 42 properties (LIHTC – Low Income Housing Tax Credit). We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to provide a variety of services to the properties that they are assigned to and to the Compliance Department.When you join the USA team, you'll find a collaborative work environment and the opportunity to develop your talents in an organization that provides needed services to those in our communities.We also offer:Medical, dental, vision, and chiropractic insurance.Paid time off, including holidays and 8 hours of paid volunteer time per year.Unpaid time off.Bonus program eligibility.A wellness incentive program.401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.Life insurancePre-tax healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts.Regular training opportunities and career development planning.Tuition assistance and professional designation reimbursement.A scholarship opportunity for dependents of full-time employees.An employee referral bonus program.Employee Recognition and Appreciation EventsDuties and Responsibilities:Process initial and annual certification files, ensuring applications are completed, signed, and dated, and verify all applicable supporting documentation has been received.Enter income/asset information into the software system and send out all verification forms to applicable third-party sources.Send verifications three times in a three-week period, tracking and documenting efforts.Calculate the household’s annual income once all verifications or secondary source documents are received.Enter all eligibility information, including family composition and income information, into the software system to generate a Tenant Income Certification for the household to sign.Maintain open communication with the property during all stages of the application process.Complete the verification process and generate a Tenant Income Certification to sign within 30 days or less.Support compliance department staff in overall functions consistent with USA Properties and USA Multifamily Management standards and expectations.Perform all other duties as determined and directed by management.Qualifications:High school diploma required.Experience in property management is desired.Basic computer knowledge is necessary.Knowledge of Low Income Housing Tax Credit and lease-ups is required.Work Hours:

40 hours per week with flexible work week.
