We’re going after returns—the part of online shopping that consumers say they hate most.As a Sr. Customer Success Manager, you will have a substantial impact by ensuring that our new and existing retailer partners have the best experience possible with Happy Returns.The Sr. Customer Success Manager will:Cultivate and maintain relationships with our retailer partners to ensure their success and satisfaction with our platform and services while identifying and developing growth opportunities.Work cross-functionally with key departments including Product, Operations, Support, Finance, and more to effectively resolve merchant issues and communicate retailer needs.Provide best-in-class guidance and support to large enterprise merchants to ensure they are utilizing Happy Returns products and services effectively.Hold monthly and/or quarterly account reviews with key retailers.Become an expert in our platform’s services and functionality.Sound like you?Proven success in either a hands-on Account Management or client-facing Project Management role owning 10-20+ clients simultaneously.Strong background rooted in eCommerce and/or retail and logistics.Passion for the problem Happy Returns is solving and interested in learning the world of returns and reverse logistics.Obsessively empathetic towards our partners and their business needs.Experience using account and project management tools such as Asana and Salesforce.Experience communicating technical details of potential issues to internal development teams using JIRA.Proficient in basic presentation deck design and data analysis.Outstanding project management skills.The ability to operate in a rapidly-changing and fast-paced environment.An obsession for details and accuracy, while keeping the bigger picture in mind.An understanding of retail and the challenges returns pose for stakeholders.Bilingual English/Mandarin is mandatory for this role.PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
