Input daily accounting, purchasing, and invoicing into Quickbooks.Conduct and support monthly closing (Preferred) then submit monthly closing reports to accounting company (Sales, purchases, and expenditures etc.).Comprehend basic knowledge for P/L and B/S.[Sales]

Speak and write in both English and Japanese fluently.Assist sales activity by contacting customers and manufacturers daily by phone and email.Support shipping components from office.As needed, visit our warehouse (at a logistics company) in person to pick up materials or sort out matters. Check status of our goods in our warehouse.Resolve customer’s questions and problems by contacting manufacturer (Science and engineering knowledge are plus).[Logistics]

Handle logistics of import and export. Report scheduling to customers and warehouse.As needed, visit logistic handlers in person or be able to attend meetings with them for better communication and logistics handling.[General affairs]

Maintain and sort various files.Handle MS Office with basic knowledge.Work full-time from the office.Candidates who are willing to learn, even if they do not have experience in all of the above duties, are very welcome.
