CA, CO, CT, Washington DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MA, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TX, UT, VT, VAThe Group Product Manager of our Contracting and Explore products will have the honor of setting the strategy for two net new products we plan to go to market with, growing and empowering a small group of product managers, and collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to put it all together. Working closely with the Senior Director of Product Management, this role will work with other product leaders in the organization to understand our customers, competitors, and the market to effectively deliver products that fulfill our mission in the insurance industry. A focus on taking a new product to market and mentoring a small product team is essential.This position will be a player coach role where you are expected to roll up your sleeves and demonstrate sound product management while leading a small team of product managers.The product team is responsible for the ideation and development of product across the company with the opportunity to make an incredible impact.Navigating the development of novel products and technologies in a legacy industry is always a challenge, and this role will be at the forefront of reinventing core technologies for a $6T industry.What you’ll do:Lead product management and discovery for an alpha data product.Mentor, guide, and support the development of a small team of product leaders.Responsible for identifying growth and change opportunities on the team.Development of processes to harmonize products across portfolio in partnership with the Senior Director of Product Management.Work closely with the Senior Director of Product Management on internal and external enablement, process, and collaboration to bring a net-new product to market for the business.Be obsessed with measurement and continuous improvement for both business and customer value delivered, and develop KPIs, monitor progress continuously and report on milestones and deliverables.Drive and reinforce the product strategy in PMs.Understand and translate the product vision throughout the company.Your experience:4+ years of product management experience in a product leadership role.Experience in organizational leadership, including experience working with and influencing teams and executive leads.A strong track record of problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality.Experience working in the insurance industry is required, and bonus points if it’s insurance experience from the carrier side and/or expertise in the producer contracting process.Don’t meet every single requirement?Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. $158,400 - $202,400Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity programs.100% Company Paid Healthcare Insurance (for you and any dependents):MedicalDentalVisionParental leave and return to work childcare stipend.Financial Benefits:401(k) retirement savings plan.Other Benefits:Unlimited PTO.12 paid holidays per year.
