The MinuteClinic Operations Sr. Consultant manages, supports, and executes the development, coordination, and delivery of customer service and business support programs through laboratory diagnostics and other various departments. The position assists in the identification of operational, safety, and quality opportunities as well as manages and executes the implementation of improvements in laboratory diagnostics and other departments. As the MinuteClinic Operations Sr. Consultant you will research and analyze information and communicate findings in a clear, concise manner. You will use existing processes to solve routine problems and to meet objectives and deadlines. You will be assigned varying degrees of tasks and responsibilities that will provide opportunities to learn and grow within the business.Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, complex lab related role (MLS, MLT, or MT certification)Epic experiencePoint of Care experienceIntermediate to Advanced in Excel, Knowledge of Microsoft office suite; comfortable with learning new software applications.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing issues, keeping up with details, while seeing the bigger picture.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong customer service skills. Comfortable with communicating at all levels in the organization.Motivated to establish, maintain, and manage working relationships with colleagues and external vendors.Strong problem-solving skills. Must be able to assess a situation independently and recommend solutions.Self-motivated, with an ability to continually improve own process.Education

MLS, MLT, or MT certificationPay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.00 - $107,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.
