The Sr. Analyst Controls Testing will develop control testing processes and execute that process to help identify potential risks to CVS Health. Once identified, the Sr. Analyst Controls Testing will work with key stakeholders, team leads, managers, and SMEs to review the procedure and process, evaluate for design and operating effectiveness, and do testing to ensure the results are as expected and wanted. The Sr. Analyst may identify findings and evaluate next steps toward risk reduction/mitigation. The individual in this role would display a high level of diligence, organizational skills, and structure and be able to operate independently where needed.Overall Position Summary:Key focus on testing the Identity Access Management (IAM) control standards. This will include helping to build out the testing program and execute to that program.May include participation in all Controls & Governance activities including:Development and Interpretation of Control Standards, ProceduresDevelopment and measurement of Key Risk IndicatorsConducting Risk Control Self AssessmentsExecution of IAM controls including Periodic Access ReviewIssue identification and managementLiaison with other oversight organizations such as audit teamsAdvisory on process changes impacting IAM workflows to ensure compliance with firm standardsCommunicate and educate business and IT colleagues on IAM GRC topicsRequired Qualifications:Experience conducting audit/assessment type control testingKnowledge and experience with legal, privacy, or regulatory complianceFamiliarity with standards such as NIST 800, ISO 27000Familiarity with SOX, SOC, PCI Audits3+ years of experience working in IT Audit (preferred), Controls & Governance, Risk, and/or compliance functionsPreferred Qualifications:Ability to handle multiple competing prioritiesSelf-starter, ability to work across organizations, drive projects to closure – result and relationship focusedAbility to identify problems, analyze data, and present conclusions convincinglyStrong verbal, written, and presentation skillsExperience with compliance or regulatory issues preferredExposure to IAM technology, solutions, and concepts – Authentication, Authorization, etc.Pay Range:The typical pay range for this role is: $75,705.00 - $154,500.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
